Steve Cook has been building and pouring concrete foundations since 1977. He formed COOK FORMS in 1991 and the company has expanded to 3 highwall [ 8’ ]  flatbeds full of forms, 4 lowwall [ 4’ ] flatbeds full of forms and 2 flatbeds full of 10 foot forms. Steve is still running a full 6 man + crew and the whole crew has worked for Cook forms for 5+years, some for over 10 years.

Steve Cook is a long standing member of the Spokane Home Builders Association. Cook Forms has poured over 6000 residential house foundations and many apartment and condo foundations. Steve has also poured the foundations for many restaurants including, Nights Diner, Franks Diner, noodles express, Arby’s, to name a few.

We pour foundations from little cracker boxes to cliff hangers and multimillion dollar mansions. Thompson Homes, Camden Homes, And Steve has poured every foundation for the community colleges of Spokane… TOUCH OF THE FUTURE house since it’s inception in 1995. Cook Forms went and set up and poured a foundation for ….. EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION….. FOR Ty Pennington and the gang up in Sandpoint ID. In 2005, we started setting footings at 8 PM. And poured the footings at 10:30 PM…. Let them sit till 11:30 and then started snapping lines and started setting walls at 11:50 PM…. We poured the wall at 2:00 and started stripping the panels at 4:45 …. We were driving out of the driveway at 6:00 AM.
